Richard Giglio

Mr. Giglio received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 1994. He spent his junior year abroad studying at St. Andrews University in Scotland. Mr. Giglio went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 1997.
Prior to joining Maney & Gordon, P.A., Mr. Giglio served four years as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Hillsborough County. Mr. Giglio was responsible for the prosecution of hundreds of felony cases and is credited with over forty jury trials ranging from DUI to homicide. Mr. Giglio also has extensive experience in the misdemeanor and juvenile courts and has dealt with complex litigation issues involving white-collar crime.
Mr. Giglio also served a lengthy internship with Citibank in Manhattan, New York where he dealt with numerous issues involving corporate finance.
Mr. Giglio is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association, as well as numerous other organizations in the community. He also lectures to area students on a variety of legal topics.
