William Banks

William Banks, Associate Attorney with Maney & Gordon, P.A. practices in the area of business immigration. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Banks practiced family and business immigration law in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Banks received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Stetson University in 1997, and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2001. As part of his legal education, Mr. Banks studied international law, international human rights law, and international dispute resolution at McGill University Faculty of Law in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Mr. Banks is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Judicature Society. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia.
